Excuses, I have them.

I'd like to say I went on another long trip where there was no internet. But no. I was here doing normal everyday stuff-working, reading, watching and other life things.

The only thing different from usual was that I was occupied with getting more original fiction writing (for contests and club things) done. I didn't ignore my fanfiction- I just worked on it slower.

Yes, AtO is still being editied. At a sleepy snail's pace. It's an 18,247 word draft- that's slowly shrinking as my friend and I edit. I also started two new fanfiction stories.

Closing the blog wasn't actually something I planned to do.

I was just really bored and tired of the way it looked. And from previous times of fiddling with templates, I knew that any experimenting with the blog look would result in me breaking things (pages, links, etc.). And that would have made for a bad reader/user experience.

So I made it private.

I didn't think it would take this long to find a template that I liked enough to use. I was rather picky and this current design wasn't my first or last choice. The one template I really liked didn't work well with my stuff. Hopefully nothing is too broken (do tell if something isn't working right).

Polar.

P.S. I just realised that I didn't use any outrageous excuses for my absense. So allow me to list some.

I sort of dissappeared because:

- my blog held super dangerous top-secrets that were hidden in code. For the world's safety, I had to do something. I eventually ended up gathering a bunch of misfit heroes who put aside their differences to work together and... well, you know how that goes.

- my computer shorted in some crazy lighting storm and then I was sucked in... to my blog. Or rather the Omake universe of AtO. There were plotholes and many ridiculous things and ninja-Santa is the only reason I made it out alive.
