I did make a part 2 for it on this blog, but I omitted some bits because AtO hadn't reached the point where Naruto's secret is revealed.
So even though there's just a few new bits to this, I'm listing this as the actual Part 2 to the 'Harry Nara' AU.

“Why do I have to
know all this?” Harry asked for what felt like the millionth time
that day.
“Because...”
“If you say that I
am the clan head one more time, I will kick you,” Harry said with
an annoyed hiss.
Shikaku blinked at him.
“Not saying it out loud doesn't change that fact that you are
indeed...”
“Don't,” Harry
said and rubbed his forehead. “The paperwork hasn't come through.
And hopefully won't. So I'm not really supposed to be knowing the
clan's deepest and darkest secrets.”
“It's only a
matter of time,” Shikaku said. “Our people in the tower will
ensure that the paperwork reaches the correct desks.”
Harry groaned.
Shikaku seemed to feel
some sympathy for him and said, “We could leave all the
official items for another time.”
“Yes,” Harry
perked up. “Instead let's play another game of shogi and fix this
giant mistake.”
Shikaku shook his head,
just as he had done the previous times that Harry had suggested it.
“Once lost, the position cannot be won back.”
Harry sighed in annoyance.
“Why are we in the forest?”
“There is a matter
of some urgency to deal with,” Shikaku said as they stopped in
front of a mound. “It seems that the Akatsuki fiend that Shikamaru trapped
in here has been moving up slowly.”
After a
long detailed explanation, Harry contemplated the issue for a long moment. “What were you planning
to do? When you were the clan head?”
“Keep reburying
him,” Shikaku said. “If he cannot be killed now, then imprisonment until we can really deal with him was our only option. Do you have any other ideas?”
Harry tilted his head with
a sudden realization. If he messed this up, then surely he would lose
his ridiculous position as the clan head. “Dig him up.”
Shikaku blinked.. "Are you sure? He was one of the attackers at the Temple."
"I heard you the first time," Harry said with impatience. "Dig him up. I want to see him."
Hours later with plenty of armed Nara around him, they unearthed an unrecognizable human head caked in dirt. Though Harry could see bone and flesh where the neck had been cut, there was no blood or decay as the Nara placed the head on a cloth.
Harry glanced at Shikaku. "I thought you said he was..."
The head's eyes opened with a crazed look as he spat out dirt before he spewed out profanities with a coarse voice.
Before anyone could stop him, Harry grabbed the human head by the dirt encrusted hair and cast a wandless
silencing spell.
Realizing that no sound
was coming out of his mouth, the head finally closed his mouth and
stared at Harry with disconcerting purple eyes. Eyes that widened with dazed fervour as
they fixated on Harry's forehead right where his scar would be.
Cancelling the silencing
spell with caution, Harry said, “Have you calmed down, then, Hidan?”
Not tearing his gaze from
Harry's forehead, the head, Hidan laughed. “What does someone like
you want with me?”
Harry frowned. Did he remember Harry from the Temple? “Someone
like me?”
“Even we could
never touch that,” Hidan said with crazed eyes and a worshipful tone.
“Jashin-sama never taught us how. If you know it, then surely you
are the most blessed of his works... ”
“Right,” Harry
said, growing more annoyed by the moment. “We're deciding your
future fate, now.”
“Fate?” Hidan
cackled, eyes still fixed on Harry's scar. “Yes, it's only right
that you decide
my fate. I will follow your words as if it came from Jashin-sama himself.”
“I'm sending you
to the bottom of the ocean,” Harry said with a nod of satisfaction at his sudden idea.
“What?” Hidan
yelled in surprise, finally looking Harry in the eyes. “I offered
you my service and you are sending me to...”
“The ocean,”
Harry repeated with relish. That would serve as justice for the Temple attack.
“Offering your
service?” Shikaku interrupted. “What do you mean?”
"You're the brat that put me in that hold!" Hidan shot him a look
of distaste. “Why are you here? And how long have I been in that
shitty hole?”
Shikaku ignored his questions. “You
said something about offering your services to our clan head. What
did you mean?”
“What do you think
it means, shithead?”
“Doesn't matter,”
Harry said. “I've decided on the ocean.”
“But...” Shikaku
said.
“The ocean.”
Harry said with a serious look and narrowed eyes.
Shikaku bit his lip as
though he was deciding on something. “There's something you need to
know about the Akatsuki. Their main objective.”
“Something about
hunting JinchÅ«riki,” Harry said, remembering what he'd heard at the temple.
Shikaku nodded and there
was a pallor of guilt in his expression. “It would be beneficial to
find out more about the Akatsuki to stop them in their goal.”
Harry had a deep feeling
of foreboding even as he asked, “Why?”
Shikaku took a deep breath
and said, “Let's take a walk.”
“That doesn't
sound good,” Harry decided as he walked away from the severed head
and the Nara unearthing Hidan's remaining body parts. “I've
never seen you hesitate before speaking before.”
“What I'm about to
tell you is a village secret. There are laws against sharing it but
you need to know.
Because he can give us information about the
Akatsuki, and we need that for Naruto.”
“What?”
Shikaku hesitated.
“Naruto should be the one telling you this but he isn't here and
this is a time sensitive matter...”
Harry looked at the
older man and repeated. “What?”
“Almost sixteen
years ago, the nine-tailed fox attacked Konoha,” Shikaku looked
away and closed his eyes with a shudder or remembered horror. “It...
you can never know true terror until you've watched a tailed beast
ravage your village. You cannot defeat it with battle, the only way
to deal with it, is to seal it away. In a person specifically.”
Harry took a breath,
opened his mouth to say stop, but he couldn't. It felt like he had no
energy at all.
Shikaku looked apologetic
even as he continued, “Sixteen years ago, on the day of the attack,
Naruto was born...”
“No,” Harry
breathed out.
“He saved this
village,” Shikaku said. “He saved us all that day when he became
a JinchÅ«riki.”
Five hours later, Harry
watched the Nara stitch the last bits of Hidan's torn body together.
Hidan cursed and taunted
the Nara who worked on him in between deranged cackles that made
Harry's skin prickle in discomfort.
Harry didn't know how to
feel about the entire situation. It was necessary from what he had
heard but it didn't stop it from being completely unnerving. “Hidan.”
Hidan turned to him with
rapt attention.
Harry wanted to ask about
the Akatsuki. He really did. But instead he asked, “Are you
hungry?”
Hidan's dirt stained lips
curled into a blood-thirsty smile. “I will eat whatever you eat.”
“Good, because
I've been craving some salad,” Harry said and took an inordinate
amount of pleasure and Hidan's pained distaste. “I hope we have
lots of salad to eat.”
Shikaku's dark eyes looked
equally pleased as he said, “I'm sure it can be arranged,
Nara-sama.”

I've officially named this AU, which means there's more to come.
I think this AU can be summarized as "Who is crazier- Hidan or the Nara?" And the answer is "Poor Harry."
